Where we ship and how: We ship UPS and USPS in the United State. Shipping charges below do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or International, which requires additional shipping charges, contact us for those charges. We can not guarantee delivery once it leaves the US. RUSH orders may also require additional shipping charges, contact us for those charges. Normally we ship in 4 - 6 weeks of your order. With the amount of orders we receive it can be difficult to notify you at a moments notice. If for some reason; such as; out of stock or discontinued items, you will be notified via Email. Some items may be shipped separately because of different warehouse locations from a different state.
RESTOCKING FEE: If you order is canceled after shipment you will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee.
Out of stock: Normally we have everything in stock. However, near the Holidays our stock can be a problem at times...so try to order early, approximately 3 - 4 weeks in advance to avoid that possibility.
Damaged package or merchandise: If for some reason an item arrives damaged notify us immediately so we can instruct you what to do. BE SURE to keep all the packing material your item came in.

If for some reason you are not delighted with your item (s) from MrPokerOnline.com, simply E-mail us to let us know.You will be E-mailed a code number for the return, we must be notified prior to any return. Special orders are not refundable unless damaged in shipment. We will give you a credit, exchange, or refund, minus shipping & handling charges (we do not supply return shipping labels). This must take place within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. Thank you.
How we accept payments: We have a secure site through Pay Pal. If you do not have a pay pal account click on the banner below & sign up in minutes. E-mail, or by FAX. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders, business & personal checks (checks must clear before merchandise is shipped, normally 7 business days).
